I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase or use this app. My experience with it was terrible. I placed an order two days ago, and the delivery rider called me late at night, which was very unprofessional. Additionally, on another occasion, I ordered the same item, but they charged me for three items and only delivered two. I have pictures also but looking for an option where to attach.

The application search option is pathetic. When you type any keywords there is no loading/indication about it and suddenly appears the results. Also, search takes too much time to get the results.

As much as i want to use Pakistani services, these apps slap you in the face with a reason as to why you shouldn't use their trash services. After 1 hour i have to contact customer support for them to tell me order is delayed because "they're currently looking for a rider". The app promises delivery within 35-40 mins, mind you. Never bothering with this again. If you're gonna promise a service regardless of what time i place my order, you should have the means to fulfill it, or dont offer.
